Where are my flight tickets?

Answer:

Depending on the airline that you are travelling with, you may not necessarily receive flight tickets and many airlines now offer ticketless travel. Please see the table below for your airline's ticketing requirements.  

Ticketless Airlines – For all ticketless airlines, you will not receive tickets and all that you will require is your Travel Republic booking confirmation, which will be forwarded by email once your booking is confirmed. If you require another copy, you may access your booking using the Manage Your Booking facility on our web-site.  There is an option to 'Print Your Flight Booking Receipt'.

Online Check In – You will be required to check in on the airline’s website, print your boarding passes and present your Etickets upon check in (failure to do so can result in a penalty fee applied by the airline).

Email Tickets – All Etickets will be forward to the email address on your booking 7-14 days prior to departure.

Paper Tickets – All paper tickets will be forwarded by post. If you have booked your holiday close to your travel date, in some cases, your paper tickets will need to be collected at the airport. This will be mentioned on your booking confirmation.

If you have not received your paper tickets or email tickets 7 days before you travel, please access your booking using the My Booking facility and raise a Customer Support Request and our dedicated ticketing department will look into this for you.

Alternatively, you may call our Customer Support department on 01 536 0820 which is open Monday to Friday from 8am – 8pm and Saturday to Sunday from 9am – 6pm.
