Where is my transfer confirmation & joining instructions?
Answer:
If you have not received your Transfer Booking Confirmation, please access your booking using the My Booking facility on our website and login using your transfer booking reference and name. You will then be able to print your transfer confirmation, which will need to be presented upon your outbound and/or return journey.
Alternatively, you may call our Customer Support department on 01 536 0820 which is open Monday to Friday from 8am – 8pm and Saturday to Sunday from 9am – 6pm.
